Finishing Site Engineer

Finishing Site Engineer is responsible for overseeing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring all finishing works (like plastering, painting, tiling, false ceiling, facade world etc.) are completed to the required standards. This involves managing site activities, coordinating with various teams, ensuring quality and safety, and maintaining project schedules and budgets.

Skills and Qualifications:

Technical Knowledge:

Strong understanding of construction methods, finishing materials, and relevant building codes.

Project Management Skills:

Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with various teams.

Problem-Solving Skills:

Ability to identify issues and implement solutions to ensure smooth project execution.

Leadership Skills:

Ability to supervise and motivate site teams.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in all finishing works.

Experience:

Proven experience in finishing high-end interior designs and coordinating MEP trades.
