Role & responsibilities - AGM- Procurement of Finishing items in Construction Strategic Procurement & Planning Develop and implement procurement strategies specifically for finishing materials aligned with project timelines and budget constraints. Collaborate with project, design, QS, and planning teams to understand finishing material requirements across multiple projects. Drive value engineering initiatives by identifying cost-effective and quality alternative materials or suppliers. Vendor Management & Negotiation Identify, develop, and manage a robust and diversified vendor base for finishing materials (tiles, sanitary ware, hardware, paints, modular items, etc.). Lead vendor assessments, audits, and approvals in line with technical and commercial criteria. Materials Handled: Floor & wall tiles, marble/granite, sanitary ware, CP fittings, paints, false ceiling, doors/windows, light fittings, modular furniture, etc. Preferred candidate profile Education: B.E./B.Tech Civil / Mechanical / Architecture (preferred) PG in Supply Chain / Operations / MBA (added advantage) Experience: 15+ years of relevant experience in procurement of finishing materials in real estate, contracting, or interior project firms.
