Finishing In-charge (Garment Export)

Hiring: Finishing In-Charge – Garment Export Unit (Jaipur)

Key Requirements (include but not limited to):

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the garment export industry
• Expertise in finishing for high-quality woven garments
• Familiarity with standards for Japan and other premium export markets
• Strong understanding of garment lifecycle: stitching, cutting, pattern, final QC
• Ability to identify and resolve defects proactively
• Skilled in preparing structured reports (daily, lot-wise, rework, readiness)
• Experience in final presentation: packing, folding, tagging as per buyer norms
• Capable of managing floor teams, assigning responsibilities, and ensuring discipline
• Must be punctual, loyal, proactive, and take full charge of the finishing process

Responsibilities:

• Supervise all finishing operations from stitching handover to dispatch stage
• Ensure buyer-specific presentation and packaging requirements are met
• Maintain accurate, timely finishing and quality records
• Coordinate closely with QC, production, and dispatch teams to ensure flow
• Train finishing staff to improve efficiency and maintain export-grade standards
• Conduct final garment reviews to ensure defect-free deliveries
