Key Responsibilities 1. Client & Deal Coordination Serve as the senior point of contact for investment banks and corporate clients, ensuring flawless delivery of deal collaterals within agreed timelines Oversee the development of accurate, compliant, and investor-ready materials, including Information memorandums, financial models (DCF, LBO, M&A), valuation reports, teasers and market/competitor analyses Collaborate with clients to define scope, clarify requirements, and troubleshoot challenges during fundraising/M&A processes Implement rigorous quality control processes for all deliverables to mitigate errors and ensure compliance with client/regulatory standards 2.
