As the Card Program Manager, your primary responsibility will be the oversight and management of the corporate Pcard program. This includes tasks such as issuing, activating, and deactivating cards, as well as managing card limits and addressing cardholder inquiries. You will also be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate reconciliation of card transactions with Concur or other expense systems. In addition to managing the Pcard program, you will oversee the Concur system, monitoring aging reports to identify overdue expenses or exceptions. Providing training and support to Concur users will be a key aspect of your role, assisting them in troubleshooting and resolving system issues. Ensuring compliance with corporate policies related to Pcard spend and card usage will be another critical duty. You will regularly review card activity to identify misuse or non-compliance, taking corrective actions as necessary. Acting as the primary point of contact for cardholders, you will handle inquiries, disputes, and troubleshooting. Managing card suspensions, delinquency follow-up, and clearing will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be required to provide regular reporting on card usage, delinquency trends, and program effectiveness. Additionally, you will assist in audits and compliance reviews when needed. Driving process improvements and best practices for the Pcard program will be a key focus. This includes implementing automation, workflow enhancements, and policy updates. Staying informed about industry best practices and emerging technologies related to expense management and corporate card programs will also be essential for this role.,
