Key Responsibilities: - Prepare consolidated financial statements following IFRS guidelines, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Cash Flow, Segment Reporting, and Notes to Accounts. - Develop and review working papers and schedules for consolidation entries and adjustments. - Ensure timely and accurate reporting by coordinating with country-level finance teams and the corporate office. - Analyze accounting treatments for foreign exchange impacts, lease accounting, and revenue recognition. - Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency in consolidation activities. Qualifications & Experience: - Chartered Accountant (CA) with 45 years of experience in financial consolidation, group reporting, or related functions. - Strong understanding of IFRS and/or Ind AS. - Experience in multinational or multi-entity environments. - Familiarity with consolidation tools such as Hyperion, SAP BPC, Oracle, or OneStream is advantageous. - Proven ability to manage complex accounting issues related to consolidation and group reporting. - Effective communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders, including subsidiaries and auditors. - Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial reporting tools. - High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and timeliness.
