About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting preparation and analysis of financial statements. This role requires strong Excel skills, a good understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and identify discrepancies or emerging patterns.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and validate financial data.
• SAP-Based Inventory Monitoring and Reporting
• Support monthly book closures and assist in audit preparations.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelors/Master degree in Finance with 5+ Years or CA-Inter/CMA-Inter with 1+ year.
• Good understanding and prior work experience in Analysing / reporting Profit & Loss & Balance sheet.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
