Job Description

As a Portfolio Analyst at D Square Consulting Services Pvt Ltd, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage a portfolio of Tech & Data investments to ensure optimal financial performance, strategic alignment, and risk mitigation. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to develop investment strategies, track financial performance, and drive process improvements within a dynamic and fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and oversee a portfolio of Tech & Data investments and operational budgets to track and report on financial performance. - Engage and collaborate with stakeholders including Investment Owners, Delivery Teams, and supporting Tech & Data service groups. - Collaborate with portfolio managers and business partners to develop investment strategies and align priorities and funding for maximizing business and technology outcomes. - Develop and maintain portfolio and financial management tools, systems, and dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for effective decision-making and reporting. - Provide regular reports and updates on portfolio performance and OKR progress to senior management and stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate potential risks in the portfolio and recommend risk management strategies. - Stay updated on industry developments and regulatory changes impacting the portfolio. - Provide support/training to investment owners for compliance with standardized financial operations processes and tools. - Provide thought leadership on process improvement initiatives and drive change management efforts to optimize Tech & Data processes. - Manage Product Road-mapping and project management methodologies to enhance product management practices through consistent processes and toolsets. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in business, technology, finance, or a related field. **Must-have skills and tools:** - 3+ years of experience in portfolio management or a related field. - Proficiency in Power BI for developing reports and dashboards. - Experience with portfolio management software and tools like Mural. - Knowledge of industry best practices and financial procedures. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. - Strong analytical and quantitative skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills. **Good to have:** - Experience in a large global organization. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with Agile methodologies and IT demand prioritization. - Experience with managing product Road-mapping and project management methodologies.,
