Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Consolidation:

  Drive the Annual Operating Plan in partnership with the Business Unit CFO. Consolidate and report financial results, support audit closures, and prepare internal reports, leadership decks, and quarterly board review presentations

• Performance Management & Business Insights:

  Track key performance indicators and provide financial insights to guide decision-making. Support forecasting, variance analysis, and sales KPIs. Evaluate RFQs, validate cost sheets, and contribute to pricing strategies

• Margin & Cost Governance:

  Lead margin governance through cross-functional cost take-out initiatives. Conduct profitability and variance analysis, manage cost audits, and drive sustainable cost optimization across the business unit

• Working Capital & Compliance:

  Monitor working capital metrics and ensure timely collections. Drive improvements across receivables, payables, and inventory. Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory requirements, and Ind AS/IFRS standards

• Strategic Projects & M&A Readiness:

  Support strategic initiatives, including M&A due diligence and financial health assessments. Analyse industry trends and provide data-driven insights to support investment and business decisions

• Digitization & Automation:

  Drive automation, digitization, and simplification across finance processes, for improved financial accuracy and agility

You will be an ideal fit if you have:

• A sound understanding of costing processes and methodologies
• Proficiency in Ind AS / IFRS
• Hands-on working knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
• Proven ability to work with cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
• High analytical and decision-making skills, along with the ability to think strategically and innovatively
