Job Description

The ideal candidate for the Financial Market Management position should possess a minimum qualification of M.Com./ MBA / MA in Economics / Masters in Financial Management / Masters in Financial Services or an equivalent degree in Accounting for Business from a recognized institute. Additionally, a Bachelor's degree from a recognized institute with NSEs Certification in Financial Markets NCFM is required. The recruitment process for this role involves the following steps: Step 1: Fill out the application form with all the necessary details. Ensure that all fields are completed. Step 2: Submit the application form along with a current resume, a self-attested photograph, and photocopies of all relevant documents for scrutiny and verification. Step 3: Take a written assessment comprising General Aptitude, Teaching Aptitude, and Subject Specific Assessment. Step 4: Candidates scoring 80% and above will be invited for a demo session at a mutually agreed time. Step 5: Successful candidates from the demo will proceed to a final interview with the Principal to discuss job profile, terms of employment, and remuneration. Step 6: Selected candidates will receive an offer letter and must confirm their acceptance in writing within 24 hours of the issue date. Step 7: An appointment letter will be provided on the first day of joining PICT Model School. Failure to report for duty without prior notification will result in the cancellation of the appointment. Candidates are required to submit the following documents: - School Leaving Certificate - Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet of Grade 12 - Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet of Graduation or highest examination passed - Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet of B.Ed. - Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet of statutory training for Language Teaching (if applicable) - Appointment order or document indicating current remuneration and position held - PAN Card - Aadhar Card - Residence Proof (rent agreement if not residing in own house) - Relieving Order from the current organization - Testimonials from previous employers - Any other relevant documents A prior appointment is appreciated to save time. Candidates should bring one set of self-attested photocopies of the required documents for verification, along with the originals. The entire procedure may take at least half a day.
