Lab Assistant

You are a Lab Assistant with a graduate degree and possess good communication skills. You are expected to have a minimum of 3 years of experience in similar roles within reputed organizations. Your responsibilities include following a detailed procedure: Step 1: Fill out the application form completely with all the necessary details. Step 2: Your application form will be scrutinized, and your documents will be verified. Ensure to attach your resume with a current photo and self-attested photocopies of all relevant documents. Step 3: You will undergo a written assessment consisting of three parts: General Aptitude, Teaching Aptitude, and Subject-Specific Assessment. Step 4: If you score 80% and above, a demo session will be arranged at a mutually agreed time. Step 5: Upon successful demonstration, you will have a final interview with the Principal to discuss the job profile, terms of employment, and remuneration. Step 6: An offer letter will be extended to selected candidates. You are required to confirm your acceptance in writing within 24 hours of the offer being issued. Step 7: Your appointment letter will be provided on your first day at PICT Model School. Failure to report for duty without prior notification will result in the cancellation of your appointment. You will need to submit the following documents: - School Leaving Certificate - Grade 12 Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet - Graduation/Highest Examination Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet - B.Ed. Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet - Statutory training Pass Certificate & Mark Sheet for Language Teaching, if applicable - Appointment order/document indicating current remuneration and post held - PAN Card - Aadhar Card - Residence Proof (rent agreement if not residing in own house) - Relieving Order from the current organization - Testimonials from previous employers - Any other relevant documents Efficiency is valued, and prior appointments are preferred.
