We are looking for a proactive and organized Contractor Relationship Officer (CRO) to manage and maintain strong relationships with our network of approximately 100 registered painting contractors. Key Responsibilities: Maintain regular contact with registered painting contractors. Follow up and collect sales orders on a timely basis. Assist contractors with product information, pricing, and availability. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure order processing and timely delivery. Track order status and provide updates to contractors as needed. The CRO will be responsible for regular follow-ups with contractors, collecting sales orders, and ensuring smooth coordination between the contractors and the company. Basic knowledge of paints or construction materials is a plus.
Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated Sales Officer to manage 5 to 6 dealers in the assigned territory and engage with 4 to 5 contractors daily to generate leads and drive sales. The role requires regular market visits, relationship management, and execution of sales strategies to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Manage and support 5 to 6 dealers on daily basis and push them to make sales. Visit 4 to 5 contractors/builders daily to generate leads and promote products. Maintain strong relationships with both dealers and contractors. Report daily activities and sales updates to the reporting manager. Qualifications: Diploma / Graduate in any discipline. 1–3 years of experience in channel sales or field sales (FMCG, building materials, etc.). Good communication and negotiation skills. Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid driving license.
