Financial Consulting Manager - Fund Services (Fund Accounting)

The ideal candidate for this role should have 3+ years of Big 4 or national accounting firms fund accounting experience in the private equity industry, the ability to interpret and apply the financial and operational terms of Limited Partnership Agreements, an undergraduate degree in accounting, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Additionally, CPA and/or CA certification is preferred, as well as knowledge of fund accounting software such as Allvue, Investran, or E-Front. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, work ethic, integrity, and communication skills are also essential for this position. Specific responsibilities include preparing financial statements, workpaper packages, and investor reporting packages, becoming an expert user in the firm's fund administration technology platform, assisting with onboarding new clients, preparing capital calls and distribution calculations, maintaining investor data, coordinating with external auditors and tax providers, and training junior staff members.
