Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Analysis & Reporting:

Conduct financial analysis across Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and FP&A areas.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and performance dashboards.

Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Financial Modeling & Forecasting:

Develop and maintain financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.

Create scenario analyses to evaluate the potential impact of different business strategies.

Supply Chain Finance:

Analyze supply chain costs, including transportation, warehousing, and procurement.

Identify cost savings opportunities and track the impact of supply chain initiatives.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process for supply chain expenses.

Commercial Finance:

Analyze sales data, pricing strategies, and customer profitability.

Develop pricing models and evaluate the impact of pricing decisions on profitability.

Support the budgeting and forecasting process for commercial expenses and revenue.

FP&A:

Support the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities.

Monitor and analyze financial performance against budget and forecast.

Provide financial support for strategic initiatives and business development activities.

Data Management & Visualization:

Extract, transform, and load data from various sources, including SAP and other ERP systems.

Utilize data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) to create compelling reports and dashboards.

Ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial reporting and analysis.

Contribute to the development and maintenance of standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Collaboration & Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and insights.

Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.

Present financial information to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in financial analysis, with exposure to Supply Chain, Commercial Finance, and FP&A.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced modeling techniques.

Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau.

Experience working with SAP.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:

MBA or Master's degree in a related field.

Experience with financial planning software (e.g., Hyperion, Anaplan).

Knowledge of financial accounting principles.

Experience with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, Python).

Certification in financial analysis
