Job Description

Role Overview: As a Financial Analysis Lead, you will play a crucial role in driving management reporting processes and analytics to support the CFO, Head of FP&A, and senior leadership. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver high-quality, timely, and insightful financial analysis and reports to facilitate informed decision-making. You will lead and develop a team focused on actual reporting cycles, emphasizing accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement through technology and automation. Key Responsibilities: - Steer monthly and quarterly management reporting processes, providing accurate financial results, variance analysis, insights, and high-quality presentations for Finance Leadership, Executive Leadership Team, and Board as needed. - Collaborate with Finance Leadership to assist in strategic analysis, key deliverables, and ad hoc assessments that guide business decisions and external communications. - Cultivate strong relationships with business units and functional finance teams to grasp their needs, ensure data accuracy, and offer relevant insights to support decision-making. - Serve as a liaison with Headquarters in Tokyo, ensuring timely reporting, clear communication, and responses to inquiries to maintain alignment on performance, strategy, and priorities. - Manage, develop, and mentor the financial analysis team to ensure the delivery of high-quality outputs efficiently and develop strong technical, analytical, and business partnering capabilities. - Take ownership of FP&A applications within your scope and closely collaborate with the IT function. - Support the identification, design, and implementation of automation solutions and process enhancements to improve the speed, accuracy, and insightfulness of reporting outputs. - Lead by example in adopting and optimizing reporting tools to facilitate modern, agile finance processes. - Uphold the integrity, consistency, and reliability of financial data used in analysis. - Drive and integrate changes towards more efficient, technology-enabled reporting processes. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline; MBA or professional finance qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA) preferred. - Over 10 years of experience in FP&A, with substantial involvement in planning, forecasting, and management reporting in complex, global organizations. - Demonstrated track record of managing and developing high-performing teams to deliver accurate and insightful outputs efficiently. - Strong technical proficiency in FP&A systems and data visualization tools. - Proven ability to promote process automation and technology-enabled improvements in finance. - Exceptional attention to detail, analytical rigor, and dedication to high standards. - Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to translate financial data into clear insights and influence senior stakeholders. - Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines effectively.,
