Financial Accountant

As a candidate for the role, you will be responsible for the following activities: Role Overview: - Follow standardized reconciliation procedures and perform account reconciliations for various entities - Support SOX controls, especially subledger reconciliation, vendor master data reviews, duplicate controls, and other assigned controls - Send out reminder emails to SOX Preparer / Reviewer and monitor timely execution of controls - Collaborate closely with various stakeholders and the Internal Audit team in India - Identify process improvements and drive execution of the same Key Responsibilities: - At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in accounting, preferably in SOX and Reconciliations - Preferable knowledge of SAP FI - Fluency in English, and preferably understanding German language is a bonus but not necessary - Deliver highly accurate accounting work with an efficient approach - Understand the importance of due dates and prioritize work accordingly - Exhibit self-organization, persistence, reliability, and self-motivation - Proficient in MS tools, especially Excel Qualifications Required: - Well-versed accounting professional, Graduate/ Post-graduate/ MBA preferably in Accounts In addition to the above, the job description did not include any additional details about the company.,
