Finance Technical Specialist

As a Finance System Support Specialist at Birlasoft, you will play a crucial role in providing application support for Travel & Expense platforms. You will be an integral part of the Finance Systems Support Team, contributing to the smooth operations of the ERP system. Your responsibilities will include liaising with vendors to resolve tickets efficiently, monitoring service level targets to ensure compliance, and timely resolution of issues. Your expertise in ITIL frameworks, ERP application management, and finance process consulting will be key assets in this role. If you have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, financial systems support, and Power BI, this opportunity is tailor-made for you. You will also be responsible for maintaining FAQs, user guides, and documentation for finance systems, as well as supporting data preparation and financial performance reporting using Microsoft Power BI.
