Responsibilities: Conduct engaging and interactive sessions on core Finance topics (Accounting, Financial Management, Corporate Finance, etc.). Prepare lesson plans and deliver lectures as per the course requirements. Assess learners progress through assignments and evaluations. Provide academic guidance and support to employees enrolled in the program. Collaborate with the HR and L&D team for curriculum planning and scheduling. Desired Candidate Profile: Postgraduate in Commerce or related field (M. Com, MBA Finance preferred). Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in B. Com Finance subjects. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to engage working professionals and simplify complex financial concepts. Flexible with part-time working hours.
