Role Overview: You will be a certified Scrum Master with experience in the finance domain, responsible for leading Agile practices within the development teams. Your main focus will be on ensuring timely and efficient delivery of financial software solutions by coaching the team, removing impediments, and maintaining alignment with Agile principles. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. - Guide and coach the team in Agile practices, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles. - Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, and stakeholders in the finance domain. - Shield the development team from external disruptions and ensure a smooth workflow. - Track team metrics like velocity, sprint burn-down, and other KPIs to improve performance. - Support product backlog refinement and ensure user stories are well-defined and prioritized. - Identify, track, and help resolve project impediments and risks. - Promote a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and accountability. Qualification Required: - 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in the financial services industry. - Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe). - Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II, or equivalent) is required. - Experience working on financial applications such as trading platforms, banking systems, risk management tools, or regulatory reporting solutions. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient with tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or equivalent. - Ability to manage cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
