Role Overview: You will be supporting Accenture's CFO EV Finance and Risk practice in delivering Risk and Compliance strategy and solutions across geographies. You will advise financial and non-financial Institutions across risk management areas and partner with global deal teams in shaping client deals. Additionally, you will contribute to the development of Accenture's points-of-view on risk trends and issues and support practice development through various activities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design and delivery of strategy, business case analysis, and transformation programs related to enterprise risk, portfolio management, capability maturity assessments, and fraud & financial crime risk compliance programs - Build sales pipeline through business development and proposals - Demonstrate strong business acumen and knowledge of risk management processes - Solve complex business problems and deliver client satisfaction - Develop thought leadership content on current industry trends - Utilize analytical and problem-solving skills effectively - Communicate, interact, and present effectively with clients and internal teams - Thrive in a dynamic consulting environment with cross-cultural competence Qualifications Required: - MBA from Tier-1 B-schools with a specialization in risk management - 8-10 years of risk management experience in financial services institutions, rating agencies, or professional services / risk advisory - Hands-on experience in credit risk, market risk, liquidity risk, and operational risk management - Knowledge of risk regulatory frameworks and risk platforms such as Sungard, Murex, Calypso, etc. - Industry certifications such as FRM, PRM, CFA preferred - Experience in third-party risk consulting will be advantageous - Prior Risk Consulting experience at global risk management consulting firms desirable Additional Information: You will have the opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients and co-create with industry experts to recommend innovative solutions.
