Finance Operations - Specialist (OTC-Billing)

As a Billing Specialist at Omnicom Global Solutions, your role will involve monitoring daily dashboards and analyzing billing notes to process/produce invoices. You will be responsible for preparing WIP, reports, and accounting ledgers with accuracy and adhering to billing cut-off dates. Your duties will also include preparing month-end journal accrual entries, reconciling and analyzing the WIP ledger, ensuring proper billing methods are followed, and assisting with internal and external audits. Additionally, you will respond to client and internal staff inquiries regarding billing and invoices, updating and maintaining processes and procedures, and working in the 18:30-3:30 hours IST shift timing.
