As an OFSAA Senior at EY, you will play a crucial role in leading and driving OFSAA implementation/consulting projects. Your responsibilities will include managing practice-level engagements, driving business growth, and ensuring the quality of delivery by consultants within their engagements. You will be accountable for meeting business goals, maintaining strategic direction, and staying within budgets. Your Client Responsibilities will involve using your excellent communication and presentation skills for client interactions. You will support client needs by delivering multiple OFSAA implementation/consulting projects. Additionally, you will develop innovative approaches to expand the practice footprint, direct business operations and consulting resources, assess and manage business risks, and maintain the strategic direction for profitable growth. In terms of Your People Responsibilities, you should have experience with OFSAA implementations and/or a Financial Services background. You should be able to lead large teams to provide exceptional client services, manage ETL and Reporting applications, and be accountable for operational, financial, people metrics, and overall business results. Additional Skills Requirements for this role include delivering large/medium OFSAA programs, showcasing expert core consulting skills, contributing to business development, demonstrating man management abilities, possessing a strong understanding of data lineage, ensuring end-to-end accountability for customer satisfaction, and having a proactive, logical, and organized approach to problem resolution.
