As a Finance Manager at DevRev, you will play a crucial role in shaping the financial backbone of our fast-scaling tech company. You will lead key financial planning and analysis efforts, partner with cross-functional leaders, and provide actionable insights that drive business decisions. Here is what you can expect in this role: **Role Overview:** You will own and manage the day-to-day operations of FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. Additionally, you will lead monthly and quarterly financial reporting, develop robust financial models and tools, and partner closely with the Sales team to optimize resource allocation. **Key Responsibilities:** - Lead day-to-day operations of FP&A, including forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning. - Analyze monthly and quarterly financial results, surface key trends, and communicate actionable insights. - Develop and maintain financial models, tools, and dashboards for strategic planning. - Partner with Sales team to optimize resource allocation and inform go-to-market decisions. - Translate business strategies into financial outcomes and collaborate with executive leaders. - Identify and manage financial risks aligned with growth strategy and addressable markets. - Drive company-wide budget planning and expense forecasting processes. - Build trusted relationships within key business units and clarify complex financial questions. - Develop and enforce financial policies, processes, and internal controls for accuracy and compliance. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred). - CPA, CFA, CMA, or other relevant certification highly desirable. - Minimum 5 years of progressive finance or accounting experience, with 2+ years in FP&A or leadership. - Strong foundation in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis. - Excellent analytical and communication skills for distilling complex data into executive insights. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and ensure precision. - Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Anaplan). - Experience with SQL or data analysis tools is a plus. - Collaborative mindset, commitment to accuracy, integrity, and continuous improvement.
