Finance Manager (Finance & Treasury)

As a Finance Manager (Finance & Treasury) reporting to the CFO at our Pune head office, you will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of the company. To excel in this role, you should have a CA with 3-5 years of experience, ICWA with 7-8 years of experience, or an MBA in Finance from a reputed institute with about 10 years of experience. Your primary responsibilities will include liaising with banks, financial institutions, and NBFCs to raise finance, both fund-based and non-fund-based facilities. You will also be expected to raise capital through equity routes such as private placement of equity, QIP, and NCD. Your experience in getting credit facilities approved and working with credit rating agencies for rating exercises will be crucial. Experience in fund raising in a manufacturing company will be advantageous. You will be responsible for preparing financial projections and models with appropriate assumptions, presenting data to management, banks, and rating agencies, and adhering to the terms and conditions of credit facilities sanctioned to the company. Additionally, you will oversee daily cash management activities, develop strategies to optimize cash flow and working capital efficiency, manage banking relationships, and forecast cash flows to ensure efficient liquidity management. Your role will also involve evaluating and optimizing the company's capital structure, leading capital raising initiatives, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and preparing timely and accurate reports on cash flow, treasury positions, banking transactions, and financial performance. To succeed in this position, you should possess strong analytical skills, excellent communication and negotiation abilities, and proficiency in financial modeling, treasury systems, and the Microsoft Office Suite.,
