Finance Manager (CA Qualified- Fresher)

As a Finance Manager at Venkatesh Indigenous Pipes (VIP PIPES) located in Mandideep, your role will involve overseeing all aspects of the company's financial transactions. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring accurate and timely recording of financial data. - Maintaining the general ledger and subsidiary ledgers. - Implementing and maintaining accounting systems and procedures. - Providing leadership and guidance to the accounting team. - Ensuring the team's productivity and effectiveness. - Regularly liaising with banks & statutory auditors to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations. - Participating actively in the audit process, providing necessary documentation and explanations. - Handling the preparation and filing of returns such as GST, TDS, and other relevant tax returns. - Staying updated on changes in tax laws and regulations. - Collaborating with external consultants for financial advice and support. - Working closely with the Company Secretary to ensure proper documentation and compliance with legal requirements. - Developing and implementing financial control Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure accuracy and reliability of financial reporting. - Regularly reviewing and updating SOPs to adapt to changes in the business environment. - Establishing a system for reviewing and approving expenses to control costs. - Conducting regular reviews to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize spending. - Generating financial reports and Management Information System (MIS) for the management team. - Analyzing financial data to provide insights and support decision-making. - Effectively communicating financial information to management through presentations. - Providing recommendations for improvement based on financial analysis. Qualifications required for this role include: - ICAI Certified Chartered Accountant In First Attempt. - Expertise in Excel and operating various internet-based tools. Experience of 0-3 years in the manufacturing sector is preferable. This is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. Additionally, the company provides Provident Fund benefits.
