Role Overview

Finance Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day accounting tasks including

  voucher entries, ledger posting, and bank reconciliations

  .
• Maintain and update accounting records in

  Tally

  .
• Work with

  Excel/Google Sheets

   for preparing and updating financial reports.
• Support accounts payable/receivable processes.
• Ensure accurate classification of

  debits and credits

   in the accounting system.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Help in preparing data for audits.
• Maintain proper filing of invoices, receipts, and financial documents.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of

  accounting principles

   and debit-credit rules.
• Knowledge of

  Tally ERP

   is a must.
• Proficiency in

  MS Excel / Google Sheets

   (basic formulas, pivot tables preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
