Finance Head - Manufacturing - CA

A fast-growing manufacturing company (backed by ~$3M in funding) is searching for a Finance Manager to manage and oversee everything finance-related. This company specializes in contract manufacturing and is ramping up for mass production this year.
Responsibilities:- Prepare monthly/weekly balance sheet, P&L statement, and bank account reconciliations.- Manage Banking relations, ensure credit limits, ensuring disbursement of funds, debt servicing, cash budgeting, commercial papers, compliances.- Assist in the timely and accurate month-end accounting close process.- Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff while recommending further courses of action.- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results, and the company's actual performance compared to the business plans.- Oversee accounting procedures to ensure compliance with regulations.- Liaise with auditors to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances is maintained.- Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken.- Filing of Various monthly, quarterly, and annual Direct and indirect tax returns and ensure compliance with all the applicable laws.Qualifications:- CA degree with 6+ years of experience- Experience working in a Manufacturing or FMCG domain.- Comfortable with 6 days working from office in Greater Noida.- Experience with ERP Implementation.- Proven experience as a Finance Manager with a solid understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles.- Working knowledge of all statutory legislation and regulations including Customs and Foreign exchange transactions.- Good experience working with Excel and Tally ERP
