Job Description

Role & responsibilities

- Financial Management:

Manage all income and expenses, including accounts payable and receivable; Conduct regular financial analysis to track spending and identify areas for cost-saving measures; Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.

- Documentation and Record

-Keeping: Issue purchase orders (POs), quotations, and invoices accurately and in a timely manner; Maintain organized records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards; Track and reconcile invoices, payments, and expenses.

- Client Communication and Follow-Up: Communicate with clients regarding invoices, payment terms, and any financial inquiries; Follow up with clients to ensure timely payment and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues; Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to facilitate smooth financial transactions.

- Bookkeeping: Ensure proper bookkeeping practices are followed, including recording all financial transactions accurately and maintaining up-to-date financial records; Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts regularly; Prepare and submit tax returns and other financial documents as required.

- Compliance and Legal Coordination: Stay updated on government regulations and labor laws to ensure compliance; Coordinate with auditors and legal advisors to ensure timely filing of necessary documents and adherence to legal requirements.
