Finance Executive-Client Support

You will be responsible for transactions, reconciliations, reporting, and assisting clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Collaborating with other departments and staying updated on market trends will help in providing proactive financial advice. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage client financial accounts, including transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. - Provide financial advice and support to clients, helping them make informed decisions. - Conduct financial analysis to identify opportunities and risks for clients. - Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. - Assist clients with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. - Prepare and present financial statements and reports to clients. - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of financial services. - Monitor market trends and developments to provide proactive financial advice to clients. - Address client inquiries and resolve any financial issues promptly. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or related field. Or PGDM in Finance. - 3-6 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the NBFC, microfinance, or banking sector. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - High level of attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts. - Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards. - Experience in conducting UAT, SIT, and pre-production testing for finance systems (LOS/LMS). - Track and validate financial data using tools like Power BI and Excel for dashboards and decision-making reports. In addition, you should have strong hands-on experience in SAP, Tally, Finacle, and MS Office. Proficiency in financial reconciliation, collections tracking, and cash management is required.
