Finance Executive (CA Intermediate)

As a Finance Executive at VMax, you will play a crucial role in managing the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include: - Performing daily accounting tasks and journal entries to ensure accurate financial records. - Maintaining internal financial controls and procedures to safeguard the company's assets. - Handling TDS, IT, and GST calculations, filings, and preparing balance sheets. - Coordinating with banks and funding institutions by preparing necessary documents. - Collaborating with statutory auditors for company audits and report preparation. - Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including MIS reports. - Reviewing and implementing monetary policies to optimize financial performance. - Submitting monthly accounting reports to the management for review. Qualifications required for this role include: - Preferred qualifications include Masters, Bachelor's, and CA intermediate. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in GST return filing, TDS return filing, and other statutory compliances. - Proficiency in Tally Prime, Excel, and Google Sheets. - Experience in bank reconciliation and treasury work. - Strong analytical and numerical skills with a focus on financial management. - Ability to handle confidential data with integrity. - Excellent communication and presentation skills for interactions with banks, tax authorities, investment firms, and auditors. In addition to the technical skills required for this role such as Accounting Skills, Business Intelligence, Financial Modeling, Financial Reporting, Financial Management, and Analytical Thinking, you will be expected to work full-time at the Vellakinar, Coimbatore office in an onsite capacity.
