A Snapshot of Your Day

Your key responsibility is to project manage finance digitalization solutions to secure sustainable quality, efficiency, and performance together with the entire finance organization. By supporting our teams implementing state-of-the-art technology, you will lead projects that build user-centric solutions to enable our joint digital transformation journey.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Manage end-to-end digitalization projects within the finance organization, from concept to delivery.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, to promote team collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Assist project teams in effectively using project management tools (e.g., Jira). Monitor engagement, accuracy, and timely updates including comments, statuses, and documentation.
• Identify and proactively remove obstacles to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of milestones.
• Support change management initiatives, equipping teams to adapt to new processes and digital solutions.
• Build strong relationships with business stakeholders, understanding their needs and translating them into sustainable digital solutions.

What You Bring

• Expert knowledge and practical experience in both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of finance processes (e.g., record to report, purchase to pay, order to cash).
• Proficiency in digital tools such as Alteryx, SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, Jira, Confluence, or similar solutions.
• Excellent communication abilities focusing on collaboration and empathy.
• Proficient in English (spoken and written).
• Relevant formal certification (e.g., SCRUM, PMP) required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
