As an intern in this role, your day-to-day responsibilities will include: - Ensuring that the contractual obligations related to commercial loan servicing are met under the agreed-upon terms to the satisfaction of the client. - Ensuring the timely filing of uniform commercial code financing statements, as applicable. - Establishing and maintaining processes that ensure commercial loan credit files are complete, organized, and managed following contractual obligations. - Serving as the main point of contact for loan servicing inquiries from clients and significant borrowers, as well as default disputes and resolution. - Ensuring that loan administration staff is adequately educated on regulations and policies affecting the delivery of loan administration services.
