Job Title: Finance Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Finance Coordinator to join our automobile sales team in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance coordination, preferably in the automotive or retail sector. You will be responsible for managing vehicle loan processing, coordinating with banks and NBFCs, and ensuring timely and accurate documentation and disbursements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for vehicle loan approvals and disbursements.
• Assist customers in arranging vehicle financing options and clarify loan-related queries.
• Prepare and verify finance documentation as per compliance and company guidelines.
• Follow up with sales and finance teams to ensure timely loan processing and closures.
• Maintain accurate records of customer finance details, EMIs, and disbursement schedules.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle delivery post-finance clearance.
• Generate periodic finance reports and loan conversion status updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in automobile finance coordination or a similar role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English.
• Sound knowledge of vehicle loan processes, banking documentation, and credit evaluation.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic accounting software.
• Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
