Finance Associate - Invoicing & Payroll

As an Accounts Executive at our office located in Sheshadripuram, Bengaluru, your role will involve preparing and issuing accurate client invoices, ensuring correct application of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes, preparing salary statements with accurate statutory deductions, maintaining proper documentation for audit and compliance requirements, and coordinating with HR and other teams for data accuracy and timely processing. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and issue accurate client invoices as per agreed schedules and contracts. - Ensure correct application of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes. - Prepare salary statements and ensure accurate statutory deductions (PF, ESI, PT, TDS). - Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance requirements. - Coordinate with HR and other teams to ensure data accuracy and timely processing. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or Master's degree in Commerce (M.Com) or equivalent. - Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. - Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting tools. - Good understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliances. - Effective communication and coordination skills. - Integrity and confidentiality in handling financial data.
