Role Summary We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented, and enthusiastic Accounting Associate to support our finance operations. This role is perfect for a fresher or early-career candidate who has a strong foundation in accounting principles and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, purpose-driven organization. Key Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day accounting activities including data entry, invoice preparation, and payment processing Maintain accurate records of financial transactions in accounting software (Tally, Zoho Books, or similar) Help in bank reconciliations, vendor account tracking, and employee reimbursements Support the finance team with documentation for audits, statutory filings, and compliance Assist in maintaining records for GST, TDS, and expense categorization Coordinate with internal departments for expense submissions and petty cash tracking Generate basic reports using Excel and support monthly closing processes Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce , Accounting , or a related field 0–1 year of experience in accounting, internships or project work in finance is a plus Working knowledge of Tally , Zoho Books , or similar accounting tools preferred Basic understanding of GST , TDS , and other compliance-related terms Good proficiency in MS Excel Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively with teams Good communication and organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Fresher Pay: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Ability to commute/relocate: HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Accounting: 1 year (Required) Location: HSR Layout Sector 2, Bengaluru, Karnataka (Preferred) Work Location: In person
