Finance and accounts Executive

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance & Accounts Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in finance or accounting, hands-on experience with financial tools, and strong knowledge of statutory compliance including GST and TDS.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
• Prepare and maintain financial records, ledgers, and reports.
• Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
• Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Use accounting software like QuickBooks, Tally, etc.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce (B. Com / M. Com) or a related field.
• 1–3+ years of experience in a finance or accounting role.
• Skills & requirements:
• Proficient in MS Excel and financial software such as Tally / QuickBooks.
• Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
