Job Description – Sales Executive Location: Pune, Maharashtra Employment Type: Full-time Role Overview: The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving business growth, revenue generation, and market expansion. This role demands strong analytical ability, relationship management skills, and a result-oriented mindset. The candidate will be expected to leverage market insights, strategic thinking, and execution skills to build long-term customer relationships and achieve sales excellence. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development & Revenue Growth Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in alignment with company goals. Identify and tap new business opportunities across GT (General Trade), MT (Modern Trade), societies, and retail channels. Expand the company’s market presence by acquiring new clients and strengthening existing customer accounts. 2. Customer Relationship & Account Management Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with distributors, retailers, and institutional clients. Act as a strategic partner to clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Gather and analyze customer feedback to drive service excellence. 3. Market Insights & Strategy Execution Monitor competitor activities, consumer trends, and pricing strategies to provide actionable insights. Support the creation of go-to-market (GTM) strategies and promotional plans to boost sales performance. Ensure on-ground execution of trade schemes, sampling activities, and retail promotions. 4. Sales Operations & Compliance Ensure effective product placement, display visibility, and merchandising in all stores. Track sales performance metrics, prepare reports, and share actionable dashboards with management. Adhere to compliance policies, ethical standards, and company guidelines. Qualifications & Skills: MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (preferred). Strong understanding of sales concepts, consumer behavior, and market dynamics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive business insights. Willingness to travel extensively and work in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
