Payment request

A) Keeping track of payment requests received from regions and departments. Checking approvals and supporting for such requests. Coordinating with the respective teams for missing documents.

B) Updation of above Payment requests in Bank file.

C) Co-ordination with region for complete details related to payment request.

Checking the Supporting for Travel expenses like Travels Cost, Hotel Expenses and others including approvals.

Payments to Vendors/FMC's/Inter company

A) Ensuring the accuracy of payment details, including bank details, basis supporting, and uploading the same on the Bank portal for payment.

B) Uploading payment for FMC invoice, post ensuring accuracy of calculations, supporting documents, counts and rates with the agreement.

Sending the Payment acknowledgements to vendors/departments

Updating Liquidity on weekly basis in the Treasury Management System from the Bank Statements. 13 week cashflow reporting and reconciliation with Unwinding

Keeping record for Transfer Pricing invoices received from regions

Salary (Management / CIS/ Africa)

A) Checking the Salary calculations and other details(supporting)

B) Accounting/ Booking of Salary ( CIS/Africa)

E) Accounting of other employee payments at the month end

Performing Depreciation Run in the system at the month end.

Preparation of Balance confirmation (Inter Co. & FMC's)

Inter Company Reconciliation

Assisting in preparation of details required for VAT Return filing and for VAT Refund application.

Reconciliation of the amount as per VAT Return with the books.

Providing supporting documents for Internal and External Audit. (AP and GL)

Assisting in any other work in the team requested on short notice by the management.
