Finance & Accounting Analyst

In this role, you will be responsible for Purchase Requisition (PR) Due Diligence and escalating for missing information. Your role will also require a good knowledge of Ariba, specifically working in the PR-PO process and converting PRs into POs on the Ariba Module. You will conduct trainings to onboard suppliers on the Ariba Supplier Portal, and for suppliers who are reluctant to do so, your power of persuasion will be crucial. Your responsibilities will also include managing the Procurement mailbox, handling pre/post-match exceptions, and swiftly taking action to resolve any issues. Additionally, you will be assisting the line of business with Procurement tools and processes, updating process trackers, and providing inputs for monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards. Furthermore, your role will involve utilizing your excellent written and verbal communication skills for business communications and meetings with both internal and external stakeholders.,
