Finance & Accounting Analyst

As a Purchase Requisition (PR) Due Diligence specialist, your main role will involve escalating any missing information and ensuring the accuracy of PRs. You should possess a good understanding of Ariba and have experience in the PR-PO process, specifically converting PRs into POs using the Ariba Module. Your key responsibilities will include: - Conducting trainings to onboard suppliers on the Ariba Supplier Portal. In cases where suppliers are reluctant, your persuasive skills will be crucial. - Managing the Procurement mailbox and handling pre/post-match exceptions promptly to ensure timely resolution. - Assisting the line of business with Procurement tools and processes to streamline operations. - Updating process trackers and providing inputs for monthly/quarterly reports and dashboards. In addition to the above responsibilities, your role will require excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with internal and external stakeholders during business communications and meetings.
