Finance & Accountant Specialist

You will be responsible for managing and processing client invoices independently, ensuring accuracy and timely submission. Additionally, you will be required to generate basic financial reports on a regular basis, such as income and expense summaries. Addressing client inquiries and concerns related to invoices and financial matters will also be part of your duties. It is essential to adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance in all financial operations. Furthermore, you will assist in preparing financial data for tax filings and audits as necessary. To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience as a Finance Executive, Accountant, or in a similar position focusing on invoicing. A strong understanding of financial principles and invoicing practices is crucial. Proficiency in using accounting software like QuickBooks, Tally, Zoho Books, and Excel is required. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills are necessary for working independently. Effective communication skills are essential for client interactions and resolving issues. While a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is preferred, it is not mandatory. The ability to multitask and meet deadlines with minimal supervision is also important.
