Finals Clinical Assessment Coordinator

As a part-time member of the assessment team at the Faculty of Medicine in Southampton, your role will involve developing and implementing assessments for the clinical years of the Bachelor of Medicine (BMBS) programmes. Your current clinical knowledge and experience are crucial for this role, and we are particularly interested in clinicians with a diverse range of clinical experience. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the Director of Undergraduate Assessments, Year or Module leads, and administrative staff to create assessment questions and stations that cover a wide range of clinical curriculum. - Utilize your leadership skills to coordinate large clinical exams such as OSCEs and AKTs, involving multiple participants. - Work with IT assessment systems to develop skills in standard setting, moderation, and data analysis. Qualifications Required: - Must have relevant clinical experience and knowledge in the medical field. - Strong IT and data processing/analysis skills are essential. - Ability to work effectively in a team and demonstrate leadership qualities.
