Final Quality Inspector

• Conduct 100% visual and dimensional inspection of moulded parts before packaging and shipment.
• Verify product compliance with customer specifications, drawings, and internal quality standards.
• Record inspection results accurately in inspection check sheets, reports, or ERP/QMS software.
• Identify, segregate, and label non-conforming products and inform the Quality Head/Production team immediately.
• Ensure traceability of inspected lots with proper documentation and records.
• Use measuring instruments such as Vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, gauges, and GO/NO-GO fixtures as applicable.
• Monitor part aesthetics including flashes, short shots, burn marks, weld lines, flow marks, shrinkage, colour variations, and surface defects.
• Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the inspection area to avoid mix-ups or contamination.
• Support in-process and PDI (Pre-Dispatch Inspection) teams as and when required.
• Escalate recurring quality issues to the Quality Head for corrective and preventive action.
• Follow company QMS, ISO 9001 requirements, and customer-specific standards.
