About the Role We’re looking for an on-site Video Editor who can turn raw chaos into a clean story. If timelines are your playground and you know exactly when to cut on a blink or hold for breath, you’ll fit right in. What You’ll Do Edit ad films, branded content, corporate films, and documentaries into scroll-stopping, heart-thumping stories Cut short-form content: reels, shorts, teasers, trailers, and snackable edits that hook in 3 seconds Shape narrative, pacing, and tone from brief to final master Sound design basics: make it punch, not just play Color sensibility: from “flat” to “filmic” without breaking the look Add tasteful motion graphics and supers without screaming for attention Organize footage, manage project files, and version like a pro (Future You will thank Present You) Keep projects on time, on spec, and consistently excellent You’ll Thrive Here If You Think in cuts, breathe in beats, and dream in timelines Are fluent in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve; After Effects is a big plus Understand codecs, frame rates, exports, and why the audio is peaking (again) Have a strong sense of rhythm, story, and visual taste Can switch from glossy brand films to gritty doc edits without dropping the vibe Love being in the room, brainstorming, riffing, trying wild ideas, and landing the one that sings Stay current with platform trends and formats for Instagram, YouTube, and other socials Nice-to-Haves Color grading chops in Resolve Motion graphics wizardry Basic VFX/cleanup skills Experience on set (so your edit brain speaks production) What We Promise Real creative ownership, not just button-pushing A team that backs bold ideas and honest feedback Projects with range, pace, and plenty of heart Coffee strong enough to cut through any timeline How to Apply Send your reel, resume, and three lines on the edit you’re most proud of, and why?
