TCS Hiring for Filenet Developer (WalkIn 13-Dec-25)
Exp: 4 to 13 Years
Location: Hyderabad
1. Experience in various technologies and Frameworks (Java, Microservices , DevOps, Messaging MQ / Kafka).
2. Exposure to IBM ECM technologies (FileNet , Content Navigator) and Insurance domain is an added advantage.
3. Define and document end to end Solution Architecture for a given Business requirement, present solutions to Architecture board and get needed approvals.
4. Experience in coming up with high level designs to complex business problems and work with development teams and handhold team until implemented.
5. Define / Document Non-Functional requirements and work with performance test teams in executing Performance / Load tests.
6. Conduct code reviews, identify and suggest corrective actions to mitigate potential performance and security risks.
7. Work closely with project management team and SCRUM masters in converting business requirements into Architectural and Business user stories.
8. Help Functional testing understand the key test scenarios both Functional and Non-Functional.
9. Work closely with Infrastructure teams and make sure required Infra and procedures (Load balancing, Resources, Backups etc..) are in place for a given Project/Programme
10. Lead PoCs and bring to closure with implementable recommendations.
