Figma Expert (1-3 Years)

As a Figma Expert at Invarya, you will have the exciting opportunity to be part of our innovative team based in Pune, India. Our focus is on creating cutting-edge digital experiences, and we are looking for a talented individual with 1-3 years of hands-on experience in Figma to contribute value to our clients and products through top-notch UI/UX solutions. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with diverse teams to design user-friendly and visually captivating interfaces using Figma. You will be involved in creating wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and comprehensive design systems, as well as managing high-fidelity prototypes for testing and improvement purposes. Additionally, you will work on maintaining scalable digital design systems and translating user and business requirements into seamless UI/UX experiences. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of practical experience in functional UI/UX positions utilizing Figma. A strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in Figma, including prototypes and design system language, is essential. You should also demonstrate a solid understanding of user-centered design principles, a passion for continuous learning, excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail in design processes, and preferably a degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field. Knowledge of HTML/CSS, illustration techniques, and motion graphics is a plus.
