Role Overview We are looking for a capable and consultative Sales Consultant to lead outreach and client engagement. This role requires a deep understanding of business challenges, the ability to communicate solution value, and the confidence to close deals. You will play a key role in expanding our presence across sectors and supporting our growth as a tech-driven field operations platform. Responsibilities Identify, qualify, and follow up with inbound and outbound leads Conduct discovery calls to assess business needs and pain points Present tailored solutions to decision-makers in client organizations Work with the technical team to prepare proposals and demos Track client interactions, maintain CRM updates, and manage pipelines Drive closure of opportunities and support post-sales relationship building Meet defined KPIs in outreach, meetings, and conversions Required Skills 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales or solution consulting Strong communication and presentation skills in English and Malayalam Ability to understand technical solutions and present them in business terms Confidence in managing client interactions and high-value discussions Familiarity with CRM tools, pipeline tracking, and basic sales reporting Preferred Skills (Bonus) Fluency in Hindi is an added advantage Experience in SaaS or IT product sales Understanding of field service, automation, or operational tech domains Qualifications A formal degree in Business, IT, or related fields is preferred Candidates without formal degrees but with strong relevant experience will also be considered To apply, please send your resume and relevant details to hr@fieldiva.com
