Field Visual Merchandiser

We have immediate requirement for the position of Field Visual Merchandiser in Bangalore/Mumbai/Guwahati Location.

Role: Field Visual Merchandiser

Location: Bangalore/Mumbai/Guwahati.

Ctc: Based on Current Ctc.

JOB PURPOSE

1. The role is responsible for the execution of the visual merchandising (VM) and merchandising initiatives in all Lenskart stores.

2. S/he will manage the delivery of and implement VM materials at Lenskart stores for all events and projects related to visual merchandising in her/his region.

3. S/he will handle activities that will impact product display presentation and secure compliance to proper merchandising layouts, norms and plans.

KEY RESULT AREAS

Customer Satisfaction

Execution of product display and point-of-sale directives to promote new collections and stories

• Maintenance of brand and category standards of product display as defined by monthly look books
• Completion of store service requirements related to instore signs, graphics and product displays

Process Management

Opening of new stores, adherence to VM execution plans and store journey plans and maintenance of store layouts

• Daily PJP reports capturing white-glove inspection checklists and audits
• Direction of vendors for effective execution of VM themes for show windows, signs and graphics in line with brand identity and seasonal product inputs for offline stores

People Operations

Merchandise presentation training of retail team

• Execution of weekly floorsets with photographic reports of all display executions
• Troubleshooting of store queries related to inventory health, order shipment and category layouts

• Compliance to brand and category display standards
• Compliance to standards of new store openings
• Compliance to standards of execution of marketing programs and events
• Turnaround Time for service resolution to store tickets
• Timely Escalations pertaining to floor plans and inventory management
• Monthly PJP/beat plan completion
