Job Description

1) Job Purpose:

To evaluate Tyres and generate performance data of tyres, tubes, flap under consideration

2) Roles & Responsibilities, Skills

Key Responsibilities:

Managing all tests running in territory and timely reporting on product performance under test. Also actively reporting and product concern BKT or Competitor.
Will be responsible al product tests related KPI in his territory.
Identification of intended application fleets in respective market and developing repo. So that when needed immediate test article fitment completed.
After fitment of test articles following vehicle/s at defined frequency and generating product performance data.
Training to fleet staffs on best practices affecting tyre tube flap performance, and generating competitor tyres performance data and reporting.
Regular reporting of Market intelligence.

Skills:

Strong understanding of tyre performance parameters during service and good analytical skill.
Persuasive, solution provider and market go getter.
Good interpersonal skills and active listener, adjusting to audience.
Good communicator can speak in local language and strong observer.
