Key Responsibilities- The incumbent will have to manage a team of 5 -10 researcher in the field. The researchers stand in retail outlet to obtain consumer/smoker feedback on ITC brands. The interaction with the consumer is done face to face and the outcome of the discussion is recorded digitally and transmitted to the central server. The location of the outlets change daily. The incumbent will have to manage this field activity, decide on outlet selections and ensure Field discipline as per the principal clients norm. The incumbent will report to a City Manager who is located out of Guwahati but visits the town on regular intervals ( minimum once a month). Key Delivery Matrix- The person will be evaluated on the team performance on consumer contacts, Quality of contacts as recorded in the app based application and his ability to manage a team. Answering client questions and deliver to client ad hoc market related information as asked by the client from time to time.
